Visit Overview
Compressor
- Inspect all electrical connections and terminal covers
- Check compressor mountings
- Inspect all joints for signs of leaks
- Check operation of crankcase heater
Condenser
- Brush, comb, clean condenser coil surface
- Inspect all coils for damage and corrosion
- Check fan motor mountings and guards
- Check condenser brackets are secure
- Inspect all pipe and electrical connections
- Log all gas pressures and electrical readings and temperatures within refrigeration system
- Check external drain for blockages
- Check operation of isolation switch
- Ensure all covers are correctly fitted
Air Handling Unit
- Check hanging mountings are secure
- Inspect all electrical connections and cable clamps
- Check motor mountings and fan bearings
- Clean or replace all filters
- Check pipe joints for signs of leaks
- Check controller for correct operation
- Check grille is secure
- Ensure all sensors are fitted securely
- Check operation of float switch
- Check hoses on all pumps
- Check all gravity systems for correct operation
- Ensure all condensate pumps are securely mounted
- Check any internal condensate pumps for operation
Pipework
- Check all insulation for signs of deterioration
- Inspect all pipes and joints for leaks
- Ensure all insulated sleeves are secure
- Check all pipe clamps and brackets are secure
